DustTrust is an Undertale Alternative Universe fan-game made by Team DustTrust.

Story:

As many genocide routes passed, the human as turned psychopathic and shown no inflection of mercy to any innocent monster they faced. Papyrus would always gain and increase a sense of perplexity on the human and felt they changed every route passed but after this specific genocide route was played out, Papyrus' perplexity was finally answered... Papyrus suddenly woke up like nothing happened and he was ready to start up fresh again. Throughout the day, Papyrus kept having the return of the sensation of unease and stress over nothing he could visibly see. During the night, Papyrus had a strange dream about meeting a mysterious hooded figure who stood alone in a cold night at a slow stream river. The hooded figure spoke to Papyrus about about another timeline where he would be killed along with everyone else he cared about with accurate imagery: this was enough to make Papyrus jump out of the bed like a springboard and everything dazed to him like a lightning bolt. Sans ran to the room, comforting Papyrus. The next day, Papyrus kept pondering about the dream, wondering what this could mean but every time he would do that, the more bleak the truth was about to become, the more that Sans worried about him. The next night, he had another dream about the hooded figure but this time to bring an alternative ending to the situation and to make sure no more suffering would happen towards the people he cared for: turning on the people he cared to bring an end to the human's route all together. Papyrus woke up again normally and as a week went by, Papyrus turned more than lazy and would sometimes draw out his frustrations and desires but after the last dream, Papyrus snapped and was ready to commit an act of genocide on the monster race in order to finish the human from making his friends and loved ones loop in the continuing suffering.
Morning passed and Papyrus left in a hurry, Sans noticed this, making him sneak into his room and was awed of what he discovered: many cryptic drawings of Papyrus stabbing many monsters to death along with words "The loop of suffering must end" and a diary stating "I cannot hold my sanity for much longer, it's like a string. I have to start with Asgore and then rain terror to the rest". Sans ran to the Isolated Dungeons, nervously but angerly waited for Papyrus outside. Later on, he grew a fear that Papyrus would sneak on him on unexpected terms so Sans attempted to return home but heard a blood curdling cry. The doors opened, revealing the true murderer. After Sans was angry with Papyrus, he started to talk to him about how his murdering ideology was flawed and would give the opposite effect but as Sans was having his conversation, Papyrus took a sharp tipped bone, attempting to finish Sans off at the spot however Sans was stabbed through the arm, creating a perfect circle through it. Sans was filled with pure lividness and he lashed out at him: enough to bring an abrupt end to Papyrus' murderous wrath. After Papyrus' death, Sans had hallucinations of the hooded figure demanding Sans to finish the job and as it repeated the message, Sans was manipulated and Papyrus' enragement was passed onto him. As Sans was fighting Alphys at the Scorching Deserts, she fled and ran to Undyne in order to warn everyone about the suffering that was about to happen. As Alphys impatiently waits for Sans, he is ready to rain terror to the rest and finally finish the human's dusty and bloody wrath.
